As per the good standing policy of the organization for online and physical stores, goods once purchased or ordered online cannot be exchanged, returned or partly refunded. Exceptions are made if the size delivered differs from the size ordered or the SKU is not the same as ordered on the website.
Goods that have been purchased from the online store need to be paid for first before receiving and trying on. Once the goods are found be of a different size, color or SKU either before or after the receiving, they must be reported to the helpline of Krude Online Store immediately without any delay. For goods having such an issue, the goods must be kept intact along with all the tags and stitched-on items. If goods have been found to be defective or worn out then the same issue must be reported to the customer services staff immediately.
Goods that need to be returned should firstly be reported to the customer services staff that will then provide further guidelines on how to ship the order back to the Krude Store. The shipping expenses will be borne by the Krude Store and items of the correct order specifications will be dispatched within 3 days of the arrival to the Krude store. Any (all) items will not be refunded for in any case as per the Krude Store Policy. Exchange of goods may be made if error is found on part of the order handling or dispatch team of the Krude Store.
